Matthew Tripolitsiotis

Matthew Tripolitsiotis is a partner at Burns Charest LLP since April 2023, with previously extensive experience as a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP from September 2004 to March 2023. During tenure at Boies Schiller Flexner, Matthew achieved significant results in high-profile cases, including representing national classes in recovering over $600 million from the EpiPen manufacturers, securing a settlement worth more than $15 billion from Volkswagen regarding emissions fraud, and obtaining a historic $4 billion settlement for American Express against Visa and MasterCard in an antitrust case. Matthew holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Villanova University.
