Brett Flood

Brett Flood is the Railroad & Transit Project Manager at Burns Engineering, Inc. Brett has been in this position since November of 2017. Prior to that, they were a Signal Specialist at Gannett Fleming from April 2010 to November 2017. Before that, they were a Signal Specialist at Jacobs from November 2008 to April 2010.

Brett Flood obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
