Roger Copeland serves as the Power & Utilities Practice Lead at Burns Engineering, Inc., where Roger leverages over 25 years of experience in providing innovative district energy solutions for various sectors, including industrial, higher education, transportation, and institutional clients. With a strong foundation in management consulting and engineering advisory services, Roger collaborates with clients to enhance their operational performance through improved energy efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. Prior to their current role, Roger held the position of Vice President and Principal at Jacobs Engineering Group Incorporation and served as Project Principal at Stanley Consultants. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1996 and 1998.
