Chad Kirby

Chad Kirby is a seasoned professional in the power generation industry with over twenty-five years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Energy Construction at Burns & McDonnell since 2006, Chad leads a team of experts in designing and building critical infrastructure. Prior to this role, Chad spent nearly a decade as a Project Engineer at Kiewit, focusing on gas-fired power plant construction across the United States. Chad's career began in the US Navy Seabees, where responsibilities included operating heavy equipment from June 1992 to November 2000. Chad holds a degree from Iowa State University, completed between 1991 and 1997.
