Alina Mudra

Alina Mudra has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Alina currently works as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Burny Games. Prior to that, they held various roles at VALUES VALUE: Recruitment for Game Development Industry, including Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Lead. Alina also worked as a Talent Manager at Playrix and as an HR Generalist at SMART business. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Generalist at UMH DIGITAL and held multiple roles at Digital Ventures, including Personal Assistant to the CEO and Content Manager. Before entering the gaming industry, Alina worked as a Product Consultant in the retail sector at "\Olever\". Throughout their career, Alina has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, successfully overseeing teams, developing recruitment strategies, and driving positive outcomes in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.

Alina Mudra completed their Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Kyiv National Linguistics University in 2010. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine in 2009. Prior to higher education, Alina attended School 101 from 1995 to 2005.
