Laura Greer

Laura Greer has a wealth of experience in the retail and e-commerce industry. Laura began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Store. In 2006, they became an Operations Manager at PetSmart, where they were responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new associates, developing accurate schedules, and managing store budgets. In 2007, they took on the role of Scheduler at Anthony and Sylvan Pools. In 2009, they became an Employee Relations Manager at Monarch Recovery Management. From 2011 to 2022, they were the Distribution Center Manager (Retail and e-commerce) at David's Bridal, where they were well-versed in organizing stocks, evaluating inbound and outgoing product shipments, and suggesting improved processes to ensure outstanding quality and accuracy. Laura is currently an Operations Manager Production at Burpee Gardening.

Laura Greer has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, both in the field of Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, obtained in January 2021.
