Timothy Ladowski has over 18 years of experience in sales and operations. Timothy began their career in 2002 as a Territory Sales Manager for Makita USA. In 2005, they joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a District Manager, and was later promoted to Regional Learning Manager and then Director of Operations. In 2012, they moved to Briggs & Stratton as a Regional Account Manager. In 2013, they joined PepsiCo as a District Sales Leader. Since 2018, they have been with Burpee Gardening, where they have held the roles of National Account Manager, Sr. Manager of Customer Business Planning, and Regional Manager. As Regional Manager, they were responsible for executing sales and merchandising strategies within the SE region, and had direct account management responsibility for multiple mid-size regional accounts. Timothy also oversaw and directed a merchandising team of 50 covering 11 states.
Timothy Ladowski attended the University at Buffalo from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a BS in Business Management from the School of Business.
