Mike Kan

Mike Kan has extensive work experience in the healthcare and communications sector. Mike started their career as an Account Executive at Cohn & Wolfe in 1992 and then worked as an Account Manager at Shire Health International from 1993 to 1995. Mike then joined Burson-Marsteller as an Associate Director from 1995 to 1997. Following that, Mike worked at Hill & Knowlton as the Head of Health, UK from 1997 to 2005. Mike then joined Edelman as the Managing Director, Health Europe from 2005 to 2009. After their time at Edelman, Mike started their own consulting company, Mike Kan Consulting, where they worked as the Director from 2009 to 2010. Currently, Mike is the Global Head of Health Solutions at BCW Global since February 2010.

Mike Kan attended the University of Exeter from 1986 to 1990, where they studied English literature and literary theory, earning a degree in English Lit. Prior to that, they attended St. Georges College, Weybridge, Surrey from 1981 to 1986. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills from Scotwork.
