Emily Woolnough

Emily Woolnough has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Emily began their career in 2011 as a Recruiter at Investors Group. In 2014, they moved to Altis Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where they used sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new staffing business from clients. In 2016, they joined TEC Canada as a National Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting executive coaches. Emily was also responsible for internal HQ recruitment across all departments. In 2022, Emily began working at Busbud as the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Emily Woolnough has a background in Social Sciences. Emily obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Mount Royal University in 2011, and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences at Athabasca University. In addition, Emily has two professional certifications: Professional Sales Management from the Canadian Professional Sales Association (obtained in December 2020), and Leadership Training for Managers from Dale Carnegie (obtained in December 2019).
