Thomas Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thomas started their career at Disctronics, where they worked as a Mastering Technician, gaining experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment in an electroplating parameter setting.
Thomas then moved on to Motorola, where they served as a Mechanic Maintenance II and later as a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician. In these roles, they completed preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment used in chip manufacturing, saving the company a significant amount of money.
