Dr. Rene-Alexander Hirth

Dr. Rene-Alexander Hirth is an accomplished attorney-at-law and equity partner with extensive experience in international business law. Since January 2018, Dr. Hirth has been with BUSE in Stuttgart, specializing in cross-border corporate transactions, litigation, and arbitration. Prior to this role, Dr. Hirth served as a partner at Baker Tilly Germany and Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, focusing on corporate transactions and international agreements, particularly in Asia. Dr. Hirth began the legal career in the mid-1990s with Thümmel Schütze & Partner, advancing from associate to senior partner while establishing a significant practice in the Southeast Asian region. Dr. Hirth holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Tübingen and has a strong educational background in law and economics.
