Andy Nelson

Andy Nelson began their work experience in 2004 at First Midwest Bank as a Credit Analyst. Andy then became AVP/Credit Analyst Manager/Commercial Banking Officer in July 2008, a role they held until March 2012. From April 2012 to October 2013, Andy worked at Busey as a Vice President/Credit Analysis Manager. Andy then became Senior Vice President/Commercial Credit Officer, Business Banking Credit Officer at Busey from October 2013 to May 2019. Currently, Andy is serving as Executive Vice President/Regional Credit Officer at Busey since May 2019.

Andy Nelson attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
