Matt Sabatino

Matt Sabatino began their work experience as Vice President of Account Delivery at AIESEC Northern Illinois University in 2010. Matt also served as the National Support Team Director of Business Development at AIESEC United States during the same period. In 2011, they became the National Vice President of Partner Relations Management and Finance at AIESEC France before transitioning to Delphi France SAS as an Assistant to the Regional Logistics Manager of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2012, Sabatino joined Northern Trust Corporation as a Global Compliance Analyst and later took on roles as a Fair Lending Analyst and Fair Lending Officer. Matt then joined Discover Financial Services as a Fair Lending Senior Associate before moving on to MB Financial Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Fair Lending.

Sabatino's next career move took him to Wintrust Financial Corporation, where they held various positions including Assistant Vice President of Fair Lending, AVP - Fair Lending Manager, and Vice President - Fair Lending Officer. At BMO Harris Bank, they worked as a Senior Compliance Manager and Director of Fair and Responsible Banking. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President, Compliance at Busey, a position they started in 2021.

Matt Sabatino earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University. Matt attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
