Alicia Fultz has extensive experience in customer insights and category management, currently serving as an Advisor at Bush Brothers & Company since September 2003. In this role, Alicia collaborates closely with buyers at key accounts to devise and implement merchandising, assortment, and promotional strategies while analyzing shopper behavior to enhance category sales. Prior to this position, Alicia held the role of Manager in Customer Insights & Category Management from 2007 to 2009, where responsibilities included optimizing category sales through planning and analysis. Alicia's earlier experience includes an Analyst position at Johnson & Johnson from October 2002 to September 2003, providing business reporting and analysis support, and a role as Director and Officers Underwriter at National Union, AIG from 1998 to 2001. Alicia holds a BA in History from Princeton University.
