Vinayak Mishra

Vinayak Mishra currently serves as an Analyst in Talent & Growth at Busigence Technologies since July 2016, focusing on building a strong team and developing scientific hiring models. Additionally, Vinayak has been a Student Mentor at the Academic Counselling Cell of BITS Pilani since October 2015, where mentoring and organizing events are key responsibilities. As a Volunteer for BITSAA International, Vinayak engages with alumni to foster charitable and educational initiatives for the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. Moreover, since August 2015, Vinayak has acted as a Coordinator for Humanities And Social Science, overseeing event decisions and collaborations. Past roles include Activities Coordinator and Joint Outreach Coordinator in the Association for Computing Machinery, contributing to recruitment and event organization. Vinayak is an alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
