Nilesh Kulkarni

Nilesh Kulkarni is an experienced professional in digital transformation and enterprise agility, currently serving as Exec Partner at ThoughtWorks since January 2019. Additionally, Nilesh has been the BAM leader at the Business Agility Institute since April 2018, facilitating the Pune Business Agility Meetup to promote agile practices in a rapidly changing market. Previous roles include Enterprise Agile Coach at EdgeVerve and Senior Manager of the PMO at Allscripts, where Nilesh focused on agile program management and coaching. Early career experience includes various positions at Patni Computer Systems and a role as Quality Engineer at SKF. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production from KIT's College of Engineering Kolhapur, completed in 2001.
