Petya Ilieva (she/her)

Petya Ilieva currently serves as the Lead Agile Coach at DigitalService, a company focused on developing accessible digital solutions for the German federal administration since April 2023. Concurrently, Petya is the Community Leader for Berlin Brandenburg at the Business Agility Institute, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Petya worked as a Senior Agile Coach at SHARE NOW from January 2022 to March 2023, and held multiple roles at IBM iX, including Associate Director/Principal Agile Coach and Agile Coach between May 2017 and December 2021. Petya began a career in agile methodologies as a Scrum Master and Project Manager at Aperto, an IBM company, from July 2012 to April 2017. Petya holds a Dipl.-Medienwirtin degree in Media Economics from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, earned between 2004 and 2010.
