Emmanuel Khathutshel Muvhumbe

Emmanuel Khathutshel Muvhumbe has extensive experience in the IT field, having worked at BCX since December 2015 as a Field Service Teamleader and Customer Engineer. Prior to this, Emmanuel served as a Call Center Supervisor at BCX from June 2007 to December 2014, where responsibilities included supervising a team of approximately 30 agents, managing customer queries, dispatching engineers, and maintaining database integrity. Emmanuel completed education at the Alpvest Institute for Future Tech in 2004 and attended the University of Venda for Science and Technology.
