Kauna Ndilula

Kauna Ndilula is an accomplished executive with significant leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Chairperson of Business Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd since November 2022, Kauna previously held the position of Managing Director and Trustee at BFS Fund Manager & Nampro Fund I & II from August 2008 to March 2023, focusing on strategic management and stakeholder value. Earlier roles include National Manager of Emerging SME Finance at Bank Windhoek, where Kauna developed impactful mentorship programs and financing schemes, and Executive Director of Namibia Development Foundation LTD, providing strategic leadership in SME support. Kauna's background also includes advisory work in the Namibian Parliament, community development at Rossing Uranium Mine, and project management with Peace Corps. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, an MA in Development Economics from Williams College, and a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Namibia.
