Santeri Ojala

Santeri Ojala is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager - International Operations at Business Finland since October 2018, focusing on international partnerships and networks for the Work in Finland unit. Previously, Santeri led the Talent Boost India initiative as Project Manager - Talent Boost India, supporting Finnish companies and higher education institutions in recruiting international talent. A former Junior Advisor during a 6-month internship in India provided Santeri with valuable insights into multiple industries and the Indian market. Prior to this, Santeri worked at If Insurance from May 2016 to August 2018, first as a Claims Advisor managing traffic and car insurance claims, and then as a Foreign Claims Handler addressing international liability claims. Early career experiences included various short-term roles at StaffPoint Oy, including positions as a cashier, renovation worker, salesman, and mover. Santeri holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku.
