Deb Hodge

Deb Hodge is a seasoned professional in higher education and organizational consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at both The Steve Fund and the Business-Higher Education Forum since April 2022, while also working as a Consultant for the Greater Washington Partnership. Hodge has significant leadership experience, including roles as Managing Director and Director of Programs at Capital CoLAB, and served as Chief Information Officer at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges from July 2018 to October 2019. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Course Management as well as Director of Advisement and Evaluation at Excelsior College, and Academic Advisor at SUNY Empire State College. Hodge holds an MS in Higher Education Administration from the University at Albany, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a BS in Sociology from the University at Albany.
