Julie Olson has been working in the customer service and account management industry since 1994. Julie started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Dupli-Systems in 1994, followed by a similar role at Apple Printing in 1995. In 2006, they moved to Creative Graphics as a CSR and then to General Marketing Solutions as an Account Manager in 2009. In 2020, they began working at Point B Solutions as an Account Manager, and in 2021 they moved to Business Impact Group in the same role.
Julie Olson has studied Business Studies at Bletchley Milton Keynes in the UK.
