Ellen Thomas is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as a Senior Reporter at Insider, Inc. since January 2022, focusing on cloud computing and DTC brands. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as a Beauty and Wellness Editor at WWD, where coverage included mass retail and the wellness market, and as Mass Market Beauty Editor at Meredith Corporation. Ellen also held positions at AOL as Programming Manager for AOL Style, and at Hearst's O, the Oprah Magazine, and Harper's BAZAAR as a Style Assistant and Fashion Editorial Intern, respectively. With a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Ellen’s expertise spans beauty, wellness, retail, and technology sectors.
