Pete Hixson

Pete Hixson is an experienced leader and communicator with over 20 years in various roles within organizational development and spiritual guidance. As the owner of Pete Speaks, LLC since October 2022, and a certified business coach with Business Made Simple, Pete provides support to leaders and organizations navigating change and overcoming obstacles. Additional roles include Private Workshop Facilitator and Coach with StoryBrand, and Expansion and Student Recruitment Coach at Shepherds College. Pete has also served in significant pastoral roles, including Lead Pastor at Polaris Church and Campus Pastor at Cross Point Church, where leadership and organizational health were central focuses. An ambassador for New Missions, Pete promotes child sponsorship programs in Haiti. Pete Hixson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and ongoing studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
