Amber Nabors

Amber Nabors is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, outreach, and marketing across various governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Public Relations Coordinator at Business Oregon since September 2021, Amber manages communication channels and collaborates with teams to enhance stakeholder engagement. Previously, as the Director of the Bureau of Outreach, Education, and Marketing at the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission, responsibilities included advising executives, overseeing a team of 20 staff, and leading successful digital marketing initiatives. Amber has also held positions with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, demonstrating expertise in strategic communications, partnership development, and campaign management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State University and various certifications in project management and digital marketing analytics.
