Dana Northrup

Dana Northrup is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Business Oregon since December 2018, Dana previously progressed through roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Analyst. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Oregon Public Utility Commission from June 2014 to December 2018 as a Human Resources Analyst specializing in recruitment. Dana began career in retail at Safeway, where roles included GM Manager, In-store Recruiter, and Customer Service Manager/Bookkeeper. Dana holds a degree in Human Resources & Management Leadership from Portland State University, completed in 2011.
