Mart Rovers

Mart Rovers has extensive work experience in the field of business relationship management and IT service management. They started their career in 1980 as a Project Manager at Philips and later worked as an International Project Manager at Lucent Technologies. In 1990, they became a Service Manager at Interchain and then transitioned to the role of Director at InterProm/InterAccess in 1992. In 1997, Mart Rovers founded INTERPROM and served as the President for almost three decades, catering to over 500 customers worldwide. In 2010, they became the Vice President of ATCTA, an association advocating for quality standards in ITSM training. Mart Rovers also held roles in various IT service management organizations, including itSMF USA and Arizona ITSM Professionals Association. Currently, Mart Rovers is the Founder and Owner of INTERPROM Europe, which focuses on unlocking collaborative business relationship capabilities. Additionally, they have been involved in knowledge provision and leading community of interest roles at the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute).

Mart Rovers earned a PhD in Information Analytics from NOVI Hogeschool from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1988, they pursued an MBA degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, and Marketing from various colleges in the Netherlands, Europe. Additionally, Mart Rovers has obtained multiple certifications in various fields from APMG International, including Strategy Implementation Professional, Business Relationship Management Professional, and Accredited Trainer certifications in areas such as ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001.
