Brad Stiles

Brad Stiles has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as Sgt, 4063, 4067 in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1995. After their military service, they worked at SHPS Inc as an Application Development Manager for 17 years, leading a team of developers and managing the development and maintenance of the Total Absence Management system. In 2012, they joined ADP as an Application Development Lead, where they designed and developed the data layer for a web-based health and welfare enrollment system and created various batch systems. Brad later became a Principal Application Developer at ADP, mentoring developers, designing and implementing components of the enrollment system, and developing coding standards. In 2018, Brad joined DSSI LLC as a Senior Web Developer, and in 2019, they joined Businessolver as a Software Engineer III.

Brad Stiles attended East Aurora High School from 1976 to 1979 and received a Regents Diploma with Honors. During their time there, they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science.
