Dillon Thiner

Dillon Thiner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dillon started their career in 2010 as an Intern to the Governor at the State of Iowa. In 2012, they served as a Human Resources Intern at MidAmerican Energy Company and as an Iowa Democratic Party Intern for Charlotte in 2012 - Democratic National Convention.

In 2013, Dillon joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a Des Moines Group Intern and later worked as a Consulting Group Analyst from 2014 to 2016.

From 2016 onwards, Dillon has been associated with Businessolver. Dillon started as an Operations Billing Analyst and then progressed to the role of Analyst. Dillon eventually became a Client Operations Lead in 2018 and currently holds the position of Senior Client Operations Lead, which they have been in since April 2022.

Additionally, Dillon worked as an Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at Simpson College from 2010 to 2014.
