Kristen Hicks

Kristen Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Graphic Artist for School Pride Group, where they created photo collages, assisted customers at events, and produced promotional materials. In 2006, they joined Bank of the West as a Telephone Banking Representative, providing customer service and conducting account-related procedures. Kristen was later promoted to Team Lead (Supervisor) and coached representatives to improve call center performance.
