From there, they joined Guideone in 2011 as a Business Systems Analyst, gaining experience in the insurance industry. In 2013, Nathan joined Businessolver and held various roles including System Relationship Manager and System Relationship Executive. Nathan then transitioned to Technical Consultant and Implementation Architect roles, before becoming a Technical Team Lead in 2021.
