Stacey Davis, MBA began their work experience in 1999 as a Human Resources Representative at Aerosoles. During their time there, they were responsible for recruiting and interviewing applicants, handling employee relations and grievances, conducting training and development programs, and managing benefits administration. Stacey then moved on to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in 2003, where they worked as a Benefits Analyst. In 2006, Stacey joined Bank of America as a Benefits Consultant before transitioning to Hewitt Associates in 2008 as a Health & Welfare Consultant. Stacey joined ADP in 2009, starting as a Benefits Representative and progressing to roles such as Client Support Manager for Comprehensive Benefits and Manager for Total Absence Management. During their tenure at ADP, they also served as a Long Stay Ambassador in the Philippines, overseeing the recruitment and retention of talent, building relationships with service management and associates, and transferring service and product knowledge. Finally, in 2019, Stacey joined Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead.

Stacey Davis has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Rutgers University. Stacey also holds two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, both specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from Dowling College.
