Hendrik Springmann

Hendrik Springmann began their career as a Projektingenieur at Koerfers Lasertechnik GmbH in 2003 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Vertriebsingenieur at Gardner Denver Nash. In 2009, they joined Aerzen Rental Division and served as a Vertriebsingenieur until 2011. Hendrik then became the Stellvertretender Geschäftsleiter at the same company until 2014. Springmann then moved to Buss-SMS-Canzler GmbH, where they held the position of Sales Manager Far East from 2014 to 2023. In March 2023, they were promoted to Head of Sales at the company.

Hendrik Springmann earned their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Industrial Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003. Hendrik then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Wissenschaftliche Hochschule Lahr from 2011 to 2014.
