Inês Fortunato has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Inês began their career at NielsenIQ, where they served as a Client Solution Architect, working on End-to-End projects and ensuring seamless project execution for clients. Inês demonstrated a deep understanding of the consumer goods and retail industry and helped clients optimize their operations and drive growth. Inês also gained experience as a Global Solution Center Intern at NielsenIQ, where they developed data analysis skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.

More recently, Inês joined BusUp as a Global Operations & Traffic Executive, where they managed daily operations across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America for the company's corporate commuting services. Inês demonstrated excellent organizational skills and played a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.

Due to their exceptional performance, Inês was promoted to the role of Global Operations & Traffic Senior Executive at BusUp. In this role, they designed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance and used Power BI to create personalized reports for clients. Inês also collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather insights and continuously improve the company's operations.

Inês Fortunato completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they had the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Prior to their university education, they attended Escola Professor José Augusto Lucas from 2012 to 2015 for their secondary school education. In addition to their academic achievements, Inês obtained a certification in Microsoft Certified Application Specialist: Using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 from Microsoft in June 2020.
