Roger Boada

Roger Boada has a diverse work experience in various industries. Roger started their career as an intern at Dematec Automation in 2010, followed by a supporting tutor role at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2012, they interned at the European Space Agency. Roger then worked as a Cost Engineering Consultant at Cost Engineering from 2013 to 2015. In 2015-2016, they served as a Business and Optimization Consultant at GOAL SYSTEMS. In 2018, they interned as an MBA Strategy & Business Intern at BUSUP Technologies S.L. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at SEAT, SA as the Global Expansion & Business Development Manager at SEAT MÓ. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Development at BusUp since March 2022.

Roger Boada completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IESE Business School from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they also pursued a second MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Prior to their MBA education, Boada attended Delft University of Technology in 2011 and 2012 as part of an exchange program in the Management of Technology. Roger obtained a Master's Degree from this program. Boada's undergraduate education took place at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2007 to 2012, where they specialized in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Management.
