Laura Pennacchietti

Laura Pennacchietti is an accomplished language professional with extensive experience in teaching and course design. Currently serving as a Language Trainer at Language Services Direct, Laura focuses on delivering Italian courses for Europol employees. Concurrently, Laura teaches Italian at Ente Scuola Italiana, where courses span various educational settings for children and include advanced programs for senior students and adult learners preparing for CILS certification. As a Materials Writer for Busuu, Laura plans and creates Italian language content and contributes to syllabus development. Previous roles include subtitling work at roundaboutstudio and tutoring at The University of Manchester, where Laura also contributed to research and curriculum development. Laura holds a PhD in Italian Studies from The University of Manchester, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from Università degli Studi di Milano.
