Davide Merli

Davide Merli has a diverse work experience in various human resources positions. Davide started their career at ST-Microelectronics as the Responsabile rapporti con Università e enti Ricerca, where they managed projects with universities and organized master programs. Davide then worked at Insigna Security srl as the Responsabile gestione personale esterno, where they managed external human resources involved in security consulting. After that, they joined Gruppo Centralmotor Spa as the Responsabile Risorse Umane - HR Business Partner, where they handled daily HR management and crisis management. Later, they worked at Emerson Automation Solutions as an HR Manager and then as an HR Generalist, handling various HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at ButanGas SpA.

Davide Merli holds a Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
