Rose Thompson

Rose oversees the performance, alignment, and overall strategy for ButcherJoseph. She creates deep relationships with current and prospective clients to help them navigate their transaction alternatives and corporate finance needs. Rose also frequently works alongside other professionals and corporate advisors as they seek solutions for their privately held business clients.

Rose holds leadership positions and membership affiliations with a number of industry organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) where she sits on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis chapter. As an active member of both the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and the ESOP Association, Rose participates at annual conferences, webinars, and seminars across the U.S.

During her 15-plus-year career, Rose has amassed experience in marketing, branding, sales, and strategic planning for privately held companies, wealth management firms, and nonprofit boards of directors.

She earned both her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in communication from Saint Louis University.
