Tylynn Aubol

TyLynn Aubol, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Butler Machinery, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, TyLynn worked at Sanford Health from January 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Talent Advisor and Sourcing Specialist, focusing on building relationships with passive candidates and executing sourcing strategies. TyLynn began the career at Sanford Health as a Human Resources Representative, managing the badging system and processing background checks, among other duties. TyLynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jamestown from 2012 to 2015, following the completion of a high school diploma at Greenbush-Middle River High School in 2012.
