James Michael Shaw

James Michael Shaw, Jr. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently working at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP as a Bad-Faith and Extracontractual Defense Attorney, James has also served as a Board Member at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa and as a Precinct Committeeman at the Hillsborough County Democratic Party. With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, James has a strong background in law and has contributed significantly to civil rights cases as a member of the ACLU of Florida.
