Josh Carson

Josh Carson is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Butlr since April 2024, Josh previously held significant roles at Density, where responsibilities included Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, at SpaceIQ, Josh excelled as Sr. Account Manager (Team Lead) and Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier roles also include Senior Facilities Consultant and Managed Service Provider Consultant. Josh's career commenced at Men's Wearhouse, progressing through various positions such as Regional Visual Merchandise Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Educationally, Josh attended The Art Institute of Salt Lake City from 2009 to 2011. Expertise lies in developing and managing customer relationships to foster retention and satisfaction, alongside a strong background in workplace solutions and service management.
