Amanda Duffy

Amanda Duffy, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Buttcon since September 2021, where Amanda previously held the roles of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Runnymede Healthcare Centre from March 2019 to September 2021, gaining expertise in full cycle recruitment, employee termination processes, workplace investigations, and performance tracking. Amanda's career also includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at MATCOR Metal Fabrication in 2018, focusing on health and safety guidelines. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University (2013-2017) and furthered education at Humber College (2017-2018).
