Jassie Doughtie, MBA, GPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jassie most recently worked at Butterfly Effects, starting in November 2020 as an HR Manager and later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Director in August 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where they served as a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant from May 2018 to November 2020, and as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter from April 2013 to May 2018. Jassie also worked at JPay Inc as a Call Center Manager from May 2012 to October 2012, and as an HR Generalist from March 2011 to May 2012, where they were responsible for initial screening of resumes for various positions. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Assistant at United Parcel Service in 2010 and as a Store Manager at Walgreens from July 2002 to September 2009.

Jassie Doughtie, MBA, GPHR, has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Memorial University which was obtained in December 2008. Prior to this, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Arts from Hampton University in May 2002. These certifications were obtained in April 2020 from LinkedIn's online learning platform.
