Salsabila R. has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2019 as a Model Photoshoot & Content Creator, working as a self-employed individual. In 2021, they worked as a Research Assistant to the Head of Education and Research Subdivision at Fatmawati General Hospital. They also gained experience in the healthcare field, working as a Health Promoter at UPTD Puskesmas Karang Kitri and Pasar Rebo Sub-district Health Center in 2022.

In terms of communication roles, Salsabila R. worked as a Social Media Specialist for Y20 Indonesia 2022 from September to November 2022. In 2020, they also attended the Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health Jakarta III, specializing in Public Health Education and Promotion. Salsabila'senrollment at this institution lasted until 2022. Additionally, Salsabila R. completed a Product Management Mini Course at RevoU, starting in 2022 with no specified end year.

In terms of additional certifications, Salsabila R. obtained an Intro to Product Management certification from RevoU in March 2022.
