Adam Brookbanks Fcca

Adam Brookbanks FCCA has extensive work experience in finance and commercial roles. From 2014 to the present, they have been with BUUK Infrastructure, where they held positions such as Commercial/Finance Director for Express Utilities and Financial Controller. At BUUK, they successfully implemented cost control measures, improving financial performance and delivering significant cost savings. Prior to BUUK, Adam worked as a Commercial Finance Manager, focusing on merger and acquisition work, financial assessments, and complex financial modeling. Adam also played a key role in implementing new finance software and leading a team restructure and transformation program at BUUK. Before joining BUUK, Adam was a Finance Manager at Swan Housing Association, overseeing finance requirements and implementing component accounting. Earlier in their career, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit Executive, specializing in AIM listed clients and IFRS adoption, and at KPMG UK as an Audit Supervisor. Adam started their career at Moore Green Accountancy Practice as a Trainee, eventually becoming a Qualified Accountant.

Adam Brookbanks FCCA completed their education with a focus on accounting and finance. From 2002 to 2005, they attended FTC, where they obtained a FCCA degree in Accountancy & Finance. Adam furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Cranfield School of Management from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Adam also holds a certification as a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Certified Chartered Accountant from ACCA Chartered Accountants in November 2005.
