Stephanie McCleskey

Stephanie McCleskey currently serves as SVP of Revenue Operations at Buxton, where the focus is on enhancing customer analytics and personalized marketing. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of SVP of Revenue Operations at LaborIQ, a company specializing in market-competitive compensation benchmarks through advanced software solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Chief, as well as holding various leadership roles at RealPage, Inc. and Axiometrics, where expertise in data analytics and operations developed. Stephanie's career began as a Sales Consultant at The Sutton Group Real Estate. McCleskey holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.
