Sales Manager

Job Description: Buy-clash wouldn’t be a successful business without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to sell game accounts (Mostly Clash of Clans and other Supercell Games). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, WordPress and WooCommerce, relationships, and closing deals. The ideal Candidate should have skills as well as an ability to communicate friendly with all customers to make them happy and a permanent customer.

We’re looking for a co-worker that is able to work 7 days a week and available to work on the following schedules:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (UTC) 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UTC)

Job Requirements:

More than 1 year experience as a Sales Support Specialist.

Fluency in English and ability to type fast enough. Excellent team working, motivational, communication, and customer service skills. The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.

Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress and their related plugins. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Being responsible and on-time.

Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries, (Live-chat, Email address, our social media accounts and messages), and following up with customers about their order status.

Creating and processing orders in a timely manner. Managing customer accounts, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.

Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
