Nhật Quang Dương has a diverse work experience. Nhật Quang started their career in 2017 as a Tour Guide at Xin Chao Food Tour Group. In 2018, they worked as a Kitchen Staff at Gong Cha. That same year, they also worked as a Collaborator at Maps The Agency. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Marketing Executive at Saigon Cider and as a Teaching Assistant at the British Council. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Executive at Le Truffle, where they were responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Nhật Quang increased territory sales by 40% in their first year and an additional 15% in their second year, and established 10 new named accounts in 2021. In 2022, they were an International Business Development Representative at Buy2sell Vietnam and a Sales Manager at Eraweb.

Nhật Quang Dương obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in March 2017. Nhật Quang then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from Hoa Sen University from 2017 to 2022.
