Craig Hogarth is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head of Food and Procurement at Cawley Hotels & Restaurants since July 2019, Craig also holds the position of Brand Executive Chef and Head Chef at Buzzworks Holdings since July 2015. Previous roles include Executive Chef at G1 Group PLC from September 2014 to January 2016, Company Director and Head Chef at The Craigie Inn from August 2010 to January 2016, and Executive Chef at Murdoch Hospitality from April 2004 to April 2010. Craig began a culinary career as Head Chef at Costly and Costly Ltd from February 1997 to March 2004. Educationally, Craig holds an HND in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Belmont Academy, attended from 1994 to 2010.
