Crystal Schmit

Crystal Schmit is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project coordination and sales leadership. Currently serving as the North American Inside Sales Leader at BW Flexible Systems since February 2008, Crystal has also fulfilled the roles of Commercial & Inside Sales Leader and Project Coordinator, overseeing a range of projects from inception to completion and ensuring customer needs are met. Prior experience as a Project Coordinator at Erdman Automation involved managing customer interactions, developing project timelines, and maintaining project updates. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Herzing University.
